All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
We Ship to Australia and International. Shipping costs quoted below;
AUSTRALIA : Traceable, Australia Post ‘Express Postage’ Free Shipping Australia Wide Delivery 1-3 business days
INTERNATIONAL : DHL Service AU $50 Delivery 3-5 business days
Australia Post and DHL are our providers and work extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers within the quoted time, however there can be unavoidable delays.
DELIVERY & TRACKING INFORMATION
If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next working business day.
In order to receive your package in the time frames listed please ensure you provide a contact number and delivery address as they cannot be changed once your order has been placed. If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for loss of any packages local or international.
All packages require a signature upon delivery and will be delivered between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. In the event that no-one can sign at your address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL / NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package may incur but for more information please contact your local customs office directly.
If you refuse a shipment from S T A N Z E E, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to S T A N Z E E. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Please note: That in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if the customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You are able to exchange or return your order only if Merchandise is in a saleable condition with all original tags attached, this policy is non-negotiable. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date of purchase in Australia. For International purchases you have 7 days to notify firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item(s) from the date you received the package. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Merchandise returned without tags and a Return Authorisation Number and Slip not completely filled, may result in a delayed refund or not qualify for a refund. Shipping is non refundable and no returns or exchanges are accepted for items on sale, sale is final.
Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, we will issue you with an RA number and ask you to return the item for assessment. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. We will choose to replace the item and ship it to you at our cost (subject to availability), have the garment repaired at our cost, or we will issue a full credit valid for 6 months or refund. Refunds will be returned to the same account used to purchase the item. Refunds are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come through onto your account.
S T A N Z E E reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. Items received for return will be carefully inspected before any exchange or credit is given. Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Stanzee take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied. Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Please be advised that the S T A NZ E E eBoutique does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) for any reason, please contact our staff on email@example.com so that we can email you a Returns Authorisation Form and a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number).
